01 — SPOSAI
A wedding management platform built from a problem I experienced firsthand.
One place for couples and planners to manage guests,
budgets, vendors, logistics, RSVPs, and their wedding website.

03 — THE PROBLEM
Wedding planning is fragmented by design.
Planning a wedding meant managing guests, vendors, budgets, timelines, logistics, and communication across separate tools. Every update created another place to check, another detail to reconcile, and another opportunity for information to fall out of sync.
The problem wasn’t a lack of tools. It was that none of them worked together.
04 — THE INSIGHT
Planning a wedding isn’t one workflow. It’s dozens happening all at once.
Planning our own destination wedding gave me a live environment to see where information broke down. I mapped the decisions and dependencies across guests, vendors, events, accommodation, transportation, budgets, and communication.
The pattern was consistent: one change rarely affected just one part of the wedding.
GUEST CHANGE
RSVP → accommodation → transportation → seating → budget
SCHEDULE CHANGE
Event → transportation → vendors → guest website
ACCOMMODATION CHANGE
Room assignment → guest → hotel list → transportation
The opportunity wasn’t to simplify each task in isolation, but to design a system where changes could stay connected throughout the entire planning experience.
05 — THE SOLUTION
One connected system, from planning to guest experience.
Sposai brings the moving parts of a wedding into one workspace, so guests, vendors, budgets, logistics, events, and communication stay connected as plans change.
ONE SOURCE OF TRUTH
Changes stay connected across the planning process.
PLANNING → GUEST EXPERIENCE
The workspace adapts to the complexity of each event.
BUILT AROUND THE WEDDING
What gets managed behind the scenes flows directly into what guests see.
06 — THE PRODUCT
One workspace. The entire wedding.
One view for all guests, tasks, vendors, budgets, logistics, and everything that needs attention next.
07 — DESIGNING THE SYSTEM
Different weddings need different workflows.
The challenge was supporting destination-level complexity without making simpler weddings feel unnecessarily complicated. I designed Sposai around a shared planning foundation, with additional logistics introduced only when the wedding requires them.

DESTINATION WEDDING
Everything in a local wedding, plus:
+ Travel
+ Accommodation
+ Transportation
+ Multi-day events
The system scales with the complexity of the wedding instead of exposing every couple to the same planning experience.
08 — STRUCTURING THE EXPERIENCE
Complex planning needed a simple structure.
I designed each workspace to surface the information that matters first—key status, actionable insights, and detailed records—so couples and planners can understand what needs attention without digging through the system.
Complex workflows, organized into a clear planning hierarchy.
09 — DESTINATION LOGISTICS
Turning travel logistics into a coordinated workflow.
Destination weddings introduce another layer of planning: where guests stay, how they arrive, and how they move between events. I designed these logistics to live alongside the rest of the wedding, keeping every moving part connected as plans change.
ACCOMMODATION
From property setup to room assignments and hotel-ready rooming lists.
TRANSPORTATION
Create transportation details once, then publish them directly to the guest experience.
MULTI-DAY EVENTS
From arrival through farewell, every event stays organized in one schedule and stays synchronized with the guest experience.
10 — GUEST EXPERIENCE
One system behind the scenes. One seamless experience for the guest.
Everything is managed in Sposai, from schedules and accommodations to transportation and dress codes, all flowing directly into a personalized wedding website that turns planning decisions into a connected guest experience.
11 — OUTCOME
From a personal planning problem to a product tested in the real world.
Sposai was first built around our own destination wedding, giving me the opportunity to use the system throughout an actual planning process rather than testing it only with sample scenarios.
LIVE WEDDING
Managed 100+ guests across a multi-day destination wedding.
100% RSVP RESPONSE RATE
RSVPs were collected and managed directly through the platform.
Guest management, events, accommodation, transportation, logistics, and the guest-facing wedding website were managed through the same system.
END-TO-END USE
With the first wedding completed, Sposai is moving into testing with 4 additional couples to validate the system beyond the wedding it was originally designed around.
